Thundercat might be well known for its massive deep-dish pizzas.
They’re huge, ridiculous and exactly the sort of thing that looks fantastic on social media 😂🍕.
But forget the pizza for a minute.
Because there’s something else I’ve eaten here that I genuinely think deserves more attention…
The brisket burnt ends. 👌👌
Brisket Burnt Ends
Off the top of my head, I genuinely struggle to think of a side dish I’ve enjoyed more than these.
Chunks of brisket packed with flavour and absolutely smothered in sauce.
Just ridiculously good scran.
They’re technically a side dish, but they’re the sort of thing I could quite happily order a few portions of and call it dinner 😂.
I’ve tried plenty of ridiculous sides over the years, but these are right up there with the very best.
Don’t Ignore the Sides!
Of course, there’s plenty more to get stuck into at Thundercat.
The deep-dish pizzas are always going to grab people’s attention — especially when one lands on the table and you realise just how much food you’ve actually ordered.
But sometimes it’s the smaller things that end up being the most memorable.
And for me?
Those brisket burnt ends steal the show.
