📍 Chefry’s Snack Van – Busby Road Lay-by, near Clarkston
Another Snack Van of the Day, and this time I’m heading to Chefry’s at the lay-by on Busby Road.
I actually stopped here before my holiday a few weeks ago and somehow the review has been lost in my phone ever since.
Better late than never!
The van is located at the lay-by on Busby Road, Busby, near Clarkston, making it a handy stop if you’re passing through the area.
What We Ordered
This time we went for:
- Philly Cheesesteak
- Spicy Chicken Burger 🍔
The Philly cheesesteak was for me personally, while Kirstie went for the spicy chicken burger.
Philly Cheesesteak

Fair enjoyed this, I have to say.
One thing I always like when visiting snack vans is finding something a little different from the standard breakfast rolls and burgers.
Don’t get me wrong, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with a good roll and sausage, but when I spotted a Philly cheesesteak on the menu, that was always going to get my attention.
Plenty of filling packed into the roll and exactly the kind of thing I like finding on these snack van visits.
Definitely my sort of lunch.
Spicy Chicken Burger

Kirstie went for the spicy chicken burger, which was another good-looking option.
A big chicken burger with a bit of heat to it — simple enough, but it certainly did the job.
Between the two of us, there weren’t many complaints!
Is Chefry’s Snack Van in Busby Worth a Visit?
This is exactly why I enjoy doing the Snack Van of the Day reviews.
You never really know what you’re going to find.
Chefry’s caught my attention because there were a few options that were a little different, and the Philly cheesesteak was an easy choice for me.
Fair enjoyed my visit and I’d happily stop again when I’m passing through Busby.
Another Lanarkshire-ish snack van ticked off the list!
Big thumbs up from Ribz 👍
